Many are the woes of the wicked, but the Lord’s unfailing love surrounds the man who trusts in Him.
I love the warmth of a heavy blanket. I sleep with the covers pulled up to my ears and my arms tucked in tight. There’s also a blanket across my feet. It’s not always about being cold, but more often about being surrounded.
The Psalmist reminds us that the Lord’s love surrounds us when we trust in Him. That love is unfailing. It is all-encompassing. It’s a love that forgives. And it is all ours when we trust in Him.
